How check-ins and progress photos keep you honest

The scale is a noisy little liar.
Your weight can move a kilo or more in a day from water, salt and sleep. If you judge your progress on one morning's number, you'll spend half your week feeling like it isn't working.
That's why the Progress screen in The Whole Thing is built around trends, not single weigh-ins.
The weight trend
Weigh in as often as you like. The app smooths out the daily bounce and shows the direction you're really heading. It's much calmer to look at.

Weekly check-ins
Once a week, the app asks a few quick questions: energy, sleep, hunger, how training felt. It takes a minute. Over time it shows patterns you'd never notice day to day.
Progress photos
Photos often show change before the scale does. They're stored privately in the app. Only you, and your linked coach if you have one, can see them.
Share with your coach
If you work with a coach, your check-ins land in their portal automatically. No more screenshots over text. And if you don't have a coach, Odin can read your check-in and give you a plain summary of how the week went.
