Meet Odin, the AI coach built into The Whole Thing

Most people don't quit because they're lazy. They quit because working out what to do next is exhausting.
What should I train today? How much protein is enough? Is this weight trend actually going the right way? Those questions pile up, and every one of them is a chance to give up for the week.
So we built Odin into the app. He's not a separate chat window you have to go looking for. He sits on every screen, and you can tap him whenever you're stuck.
What Odin can do
Ask Odin to build you a program and he'll put one together around your goal, your schedule and the gear you've got. Ask for a meal plan and he'll work to your calories and macros, using foods you can actually buy here in Australia.
He can also explain a lift, swap an exercise when the gym's packed, or look at your last few weeks and tell you plainly how you're tracking.

Built on your own data
Odin works from what you log: workouts, food, steps, habits and check-ins. The more you use the app, the more useful he gets. Your logs stay private. Only you, and a coach if you link one, can see them.
A coach, not a doctor
Odin is great for training and food decisions, but he's not medical advice. If something hurts or you've got a health condition, talk to a professional first.
Odin is free for everyone during the beta on iPhone and Android. Open the app, tap him, and ask the first thing on your mind.
