How Zenith Fitness members trained 3x more consistently in 4 weeks

Start date
February 15th, 2025
Location
Perth, Australia
Timeline
4 weeks
Brief
Zenith Fitness wanted members to keep training between classes.
Members loved the group sessions but drifted on the other days. Food tracking was patchy, and coaches had no easy way to see who was keeping up.
Approach
The team ran a four-week challenge in The Whole Thing.
Members joined during the free beta and linked to a Zenith coach. Each member got:
- A program from the Workout Library to follow on non-class days
- Daily habits for steps, water and sleep
- Food logging with the barcode scanner
- A weekly check-in with weight trend and progress photos
The community feed gave members a place to share wins and keep each other going.

"Our members finally had something to do on the days they weren't in class. The streaks did the rest."
— Dan Okafor, Head Coach, Zenith Fitness
Solution
Within 4 weeks, Zenith members had:
- Logged 3x more training sessions than before
- Kept up an average of 6.2 habit check-offs a week
- Logged food on most days of the challenge
- Shared hundreds of posts in the community feed
Coaches could see every member's progress from their portal.
Results
3x
more consistent training
6.2
habit check-offs per week
47%
more days with food logged
100%
of members on a program
What's next
With the challenge done, Zenith Fitness is now:
- running a new challenge every quarter,
- moving all personal training clients into the coach portal,
- and using Odin to give members a quick plan for travel weeks.
